In the first round of both the CHUUL Cup and BotR, we had ties. Two ties to each bracket. This is the tiebreaker. Should this result in another tie, I will do a coin toss and do a video as proof. Latios, being the Moderative Manager, will review the vid as confirmation that there was no rigging or cheating.
Copy the matches and delete the user you don't want to vote for. I use Excel to tabulate the results so this makes it easier.
