i would lik to know all the codes to the tapes iv already found one of them its tape three so i jus need the other four thanx for your help

even with just knowing the numbers you wont be any farther. unless you collect all the tapes, you'll still have to hack the terminal to rettrieve the Experimental M.I.R.v

There's no terminal hacking involved. Unless you have the transcripts, it is IMPOSSIBLE to hack the terminal. Just get the transcripts, and go through the National Guard Armory (which can be a pain) and you'll get to a huge stockpile of ammo and guns, along with a Glowing One.
