The Sims 3 Message Board  

Is anyone else having problems with the new patch for Sims 3? I've installed it 4 times, but the game keeps crashing after I click the play button on the launcher.

I was. Then I looked and saw that there is a conflict between the newest version of Sims 3 and the latest Nvidia drivers. I rolled back two versions and it works fine.

But I'm having different problems now...

Took me a bit of driver install/uninstall but I finally got it. The newest driver from Nvidia fixed it right up, just had to figure out why the computer wasn't replacing the old driver.

I'm sorry guys if i'm to newb to ask this question, how do i update my sims? i mean the patch? where can i get it and how? thanks a lot!

Your game will patch if you have original copy of SIMS 3 else you will see warning message from EA on "EA Download Managaer".

You can update you game by using "EA Download Manager".

Nope no problems with mine.

to update the game. you can do it through the game luncher or the EADM. I think you can get the patches of the net some where to.

N yeah dont do cracked games either theres no point!
