"Cheat Happens" (in my opinion) is the best cheat site for cheats and trainers, but some games, with a little work can be changed so much that no cheats or trainers are needed. RTW is one of those games. With just a little knowledge about game files and location of said files you can make any faction the most richest, biggest, and most powerful. I just recently started playing RTW again. I use to use the most powerful units for whatever faction I was playing. You can turn any unit into killers.
