Your frustration meter will deplete, at which time control of said Tank will be given to another player. If that player exhausts the meter, the Tank will become AI controlled.

There's no set number of HP restored. It's based on 80% of your current health.
For instance, if you are at 1 health, using a health kit will give you 80 health.
