Eh, the graphics are not like you expected now-a-days. I mean, its not COD4 or even Crysis, but if you played Overlord 2 or GTA 4(In medium graphics) then I think you'd like it.
The sounds are good. What I like most of it is the color, if you're on a place where everyone is sad, its black and white (Except for the nazi flags), if you kill Nazis and liberate the city and all that, it will be colorful.
I had some problems though, for instance, my graphic card gets kinda overheated. Its because I use Nvidia GTX285 I guess. My OS is XP, good ol' XP.

I've never heard that GTX 285 have heat issue, also I'm using GTX 285 and so far no overheating..

The game is great fun.im having a blast literally
Its not realistic and its not historically acurate but its so much fun.
Hours and hours of gameplay(im on day 4 of doing nothing but play this game)
Its not meant to be a leader of the industry regarding graphic, but its very playable lots of fun and has wonderful sounds and music.
The sort of ingredients many game companys seem top have forgotten in this era of gaming
REF: Nvidia heat issues
Use Riva Tuner and set your fan to run above 60% spin speed as the nvdia driver has failed to increase the fans speed under load ever since the GTX280 series came out.
I too have heating issues but since using Riva Tuner my GPU fans are told by the app to spin at 80% speed constantly when windows is booted and loaded.
I would also recommend blasting the dust out of it every few weeks to as it has an awful design flaw which allows itself to be clogged with dust far too often which adds to performance issues.
