ok..... i bought the stupid game and tried to install it..... i put the CD in the CD ROM and a message appear that i have to update the game to version.... i do not what.. after a hole hour waiting it finish and then when installing the game another message appear that a file in...something something does not match the in... something something . well i pressed "ignore" and when it finished i opened the game and after the video it crashes and keep crashing and crashing . i installed it 5 times . i even uninstall the sims 3 and reinstall again.
can any one help me

I REALLY think this is an EA problem just call them from 9am Central time to 9pm central. here is their only number...
650-628-1001 when it asks you where u wanna go press 6 for the sims 3.
