In the sanctuary part where there are the two dryads, and you have to go get the reds to kill the one behind the barrier. I have killed both dryads and the pod is open but no matter what I seem to do I cannot destroy the pod. I am using the trainer but i disabled all the options and then tried again. I've also tried exiting and re-entering and trying agan and it didn't work.

Please can somebody help me?

EDIT: I managed to get past it after starting a whole new game.
