You can find these with a search for 4-byte values using CoSMOS.

1. search for the 'exact value'
2. tab back into the game, spend a point (but don't finalize)
3. tab out to CoSMOS, update the search with 'decreased value by 1'
4. return to step 2. if out of points to spend (shouldn't happen unless low level), subtract a point instead (without finalizing, of course), then proceed to step 5.
5. tab out to CoSMOS, update the search with 'increased value by one'

The second part of 4 and the entirety of 5 may be unnecessary, as CoSMOS will narrow it down quickly to two values. To avoid confusion, add both to the address list (red arrow) and change both values to whatever you want. You'll have to repeat this process for each character in your party.

Now, if only experience was easy to find, because 1000 per pop on the cheat happens trainer is a GRUELING process when your level is 20+ and inching through the millions. If I have time, I may add a button to it that adds 50k xp.
