I am searching in Launcher, but i am talking about army movement points, food and gold I allready edited. I have only one save file, and in that save, i have only one turn to save my alliance with the welsh, or they will attack me, and they have 20 armies, and the best one in britania, and my armies are very lwo because i am allready at war with 3 other countrys. So I need to give an army of mine enough points to reach that quest and save my alliance ! Could someone at least tell me what type of value the army movement is ? 4 bytes ?

I use CoSMOS as opposed to artmoney but I assume that they're quite similar. The movement point values are located in the value type "float" however they are not whole values they are usually values like 4.5736484759365 or something similar and in my experience there is a list of about 30 that need to be frozen just to freeze the movement points of one unit.
To find the movement points of a particular unit I suggest first searching under value type "float" for "unknown initial value" moving a bit then searching for "decreased value" then move characters whos movement your not trying to freeze and then search for "unchanged value" repeat these steps a bunch of times until you get a list of about 30 addresses then freeze them all.
quick note this can cause a glitch where you hear the army moving sound effects constantly in my experience unfreezing the movement values then double clicking on the army whos movement value was previously frozen then hitting esc to get out of the army status screen makes the sound stop playing.
Also for your military woes it is very easy to edit the amount of characters in a given unit, start recruiting in a settlement then wait one turn then cancel the recruitment so all your units will have something like 5 soldiers so search under 4 bit for 5 then combine two of those units and search for the value 10. Once you have located the address that controls how many soldiers there are edit it's value to about 500 or so then use that stack to fill the remainder of the other units stacks so you can recruit entire armys in 1 turn.
