I'm in Memory Block 3 and every time I walk into the Assasin's Bureau Malik says "if you have to ask then I don't have any work for you." I have done all the investigations, view points, and citizen helps, but still nothing. What should I do? Is this a glitch or something? Any ideas?

Open the in-game menu and see what your objectives say. If it doesn't say to return to Malik, then you are either missing investigations, or are in the wrong city.
