I've played through a couple of times now and can't get past level 50, is there a limit? I noticed some of the enemies are level 51.

Maximum player level is 50. NPCs don't have that limit.

Yep. Max player limit (until some really brainy person says otherwise in the form of a cheat-file) is 50. NPC limit is 'gawd knows'!

But ... I do find it challenging to trash an NPC who is set a few steps above me ... very satisfying.

I was hoping for better guns after lvl 50. oh well
