There are three parts of this boss two tentacles and a center part. Start off by shooting one tentacle with a shotgun, or a broken butterfly. This will make salazaar put one of his tentacles into the wall. do this again to the other tentacle. Then focus dealing the most damage with the shotgun or TMP on the center eye. Although this does not hurt him but it does bring out salazaars body. Shoot him with the rocket launcher to end the battle just like that, or if you dont have the rocket launcher use a sniper rifle or broken butterfly to do some damage or u could use the mine thrower. A shotgun is another good choice to use too.
Try not to get hit by one of the tentacles or you will be knocked into a pit filled with plagas. Shoot them with a handgun, or a shotgun which i think is the best choice, and break the barrels to get bullets, herbs, or whatever else Climb the ladder and repeat what i said before.
