Just gain as many style stars on levels as you can to unlock last level.I did it...When it unlocked I got 2 levels with 4stars,2 with 2 stars and other levels with 3 stars... Hope it helps...If somebody wants save game just give me your email and I will send it to you...

I was reading somewhere you need 45 Style points to unlock. Haven't done this myself, but it's the only figure I've come across that seems likely.
