um dude u need to walk around the base of those rings and where all the panal's are u look for a double door that blends well with the black back ground then the door opens to a elevator it goes up, door opens u wait till the beam is done and with the proper timing u run on that platform and double jump along with force speed and make it to the next platform and do the thing again on the next section till u reach your objective.

once u find that elevator it is easy as hell after that.....
