UPDATE: Ran the game, runs beautifully! all options ive tried so far work!! (1, 2, 4, 5, *, and the 8 & / combo... I love this site... gonna have to re-up tomorrow!

Very useful for Spec Ops on your own on hardest difficulty since its still a challenge if you play without Unlimited health for battle. No Recoil is most useful for running and gunning and if you don't have the time for aiming in a hurry. Super Speed is just funny.

I got one question/problem: -i'm french so my keyboard is not like yours so here my question= what's the key for spec-ops stars or where is it on your keyboard the "\" ( i need to alt + press 7 but it doesnt work ) ?

Is the mega trainer only good for the Steam version since that is the only place I can find anything on the patch?

There is only one legit version; and that is the steam version. Even a disc based install has the same exact binaries as the one downloaded through steam on the release day. Also the Disc based version requires you to install steam and register it to a steam account. So apart from the actual method that you go through to install the game, both versions are 100% identical. Especially considering that as soon as there is an update available, Steam will update the binaries and other game files for both versions making all installs of legit versions of modern warfare 2 identical.

Retail = Steam when it comes to MW2. Only other form of game would be Scene release/crack that removes all instances of Steam from the MW2 installation.

But seriously guys, If there are any of you using the Scene copy of this game you need to go buy it. People really need to stop this piracy bull****; that is the reason why us PC Gamers must suffer through so many crappy dumbed down console ports and miss out on great games because developers choose to make them console only. I totally understand the downloading of games and some of the developers deserve the lack of revenue due to the shoddy games they try to sell. But seriously, on a game like MW2? There is no reason to even evaluate it. You know the game is bad ass. Even its console-port nature isn't enough to make this game not worth buying.

So what are you waiting for? If you haven't bought a copy yet, do it!
