    "C:\Games\Dragon Age\bin_ship\daorigins.exe" -enabledeveloperconsole

Well, You might have typed it wrong.
Find where your dragons age is installed steam will be in Steam\steamapps\common\dragon age origins\bin_ship and i dont know where others will be but just do
    ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dragon age origins\bin_ship\DAOrigins.exe" -enabledeveloperconsole)
( of course add your own info.)
I really just think you copy pasted the "file location" thats probably not where the file it.

I tried runscript addtalent 4020, I didnt get any Rogue talents skills. I'm trying to get Lockpick for my mage. Is that how it works or can you only get talents for your class?

Odd thing actually, I think I have rogue talents because suddenly I can use lockpicking, but I dont know what level it is at.

Seems if you add talents for mages they still do get it, but since all you have is the magic tab not talent tab you can't see it, or add it to quickbar.

I made a mage, enabled the rogue talents (4020) and entered 603, and dirty fighting popped up on my action bar. So you have the abilities, and you can pick and choose them for your mage. If you accidentally get rid of one you want? Free up a spot, and remove and re-add it. Kinda inconvenient, but starting another class and hoping for secret mage seems like more of a pain.
