GameStop fail. I went in to the store with the costume on, and the goddamn store manager didn't know who I was.

Mr. Huggypants: Hi, can I help you find anything?
Zeth: No, just looking.
*silence*
Mr. Huggypants: So...who are you supposed to be?
*silence*
Zeth: Francis.
Mr. Huggypants: Who?
*sielnce*
Zeth: Left4Dead
Mr. Huggypants: Hm?
*silence*

It eventually took another customer to point it out. That, and another employee who wasn't completely pants-on-head retarded.

Also, awesomeness in Wal-Mart:
I was walking through the store, and someone was dressed up as a zombie. The zombie noticed the red Health Pack, and started shambling toward me, growling like a Hunter. I whispered, "Theres a hunter out there." The zombie then screamed and jumped, then laughed and walked away.

Is there anything more epic than that? No, I suspect there is not.

Not everyone has played Left4Dead, and just because you run a games store doesn't mean you know about games, you might just be a good manager

Damnit, I wish we all lived near one another. I would have thrown together a Bill outfit and talked a friend of mine into playing Lewis (He has a darker complexion and also plays L4D, which means it would have been epic)

I think he just hadn't played it. You'd think he'd have at least a vague idea, though.

Next Halloween we should do that

The hardest thing to make was the Health Kit. It's a t-shirt wrapped around an old GameBoy carrying case and held together with packing tape. The strap is from my laptop case. Everything else was simple.

Ah, but you forget I'm an art student. I can think of a way to make it more easily.

That's an awesome costume.
