Just mod a shield so that you don't take damage, and mod some weapons so you cause super damage if that's what you're after, selling a well modded gun will get you all the cash you never need

If you go to the steamapps/common/borderlands/willowgame/config folder & look in Defaultgame.ini for "bDemiGodMode=" and set it to 'true' that should stop you dying, although you will go down to 1 health you shouldn't die.

i edited the willowgame.ini file in "my documents" area to get the demigod to work. (My Documents)\my games\borderlands\WillowGame\Config

i start to suspect there's some security check in the latest patch on steam that makes a conflict with the c++ coding. i am not a expert at coding.

i dont blame the cheat happens team this is something gearbox have done.

Does anyone have a good email address for contacting Gearbox Software? I went to the Borderlands website and followed the steps for contacting the Gearbox team, and although I tried 5 or more times, my message would never get sent.

I am trying to follow-through with the recommendation PWizard gave to us here: "You can email the game developers and let them know how you feel about it." This all of course relates to the anti-cheat method used in the Steam version of Borderlands, and since I am only interested in the single player game; I want to use Cheathappens' trainer in this game!

reciving an odd runtime error after about 15mins of gameplay with the trainer ill post the error code asap

I also get this runtime error. Game crashes and all progress is lost. Please fix.

Yep I agree, Borderlands quit to desktop after +/- 20 mins.
I'm wondering if it's the game or the old trainer the culprit ?
