Doesn't appear to work anymore. I know you guys changed how it functions but I can't seem to make use of it.

If you attack or are attacked and decide to retreat , your army or ships will not be able to move at all, period.

Doesnt work for me either

If you use the inf money cheat, and you have ships that won't move, it's easy just to scupper them and build some more. Maybe try restarting the game without the trainer to see if the ships/armies movement points are reset.

Turning off the unlimited movement option and ending your turn resets movement points so if you can't move, this works.
