I'm on a second play, first time I finished a game with the don's side and now I'm gonna do a temple

I'm on a second play, first time I finished a game with the don's side and now I'm gonna do a temple side.

I first visited swamp, did all the quests, dealt with Brogar, got a golden sword and then not went into a don chamber to avoided Don's harbor town quest.

Then I went to joined a temple boys and did all the masters' quests 'cept one.

Now I'm in harbor town for a last master's quest, got 2/4 case solved.

If I did last 2 cases for the Don (instead of the inquisitor) what will happened?

The inquisitor will not have anything to do with you due to that you have chosen Don's side, regardless that you didn't visit him in the temple and gave him the sword
