Can anyone tell me how to get the massive "unused" drawbridge down?

Ok..

When faced with the bridge, goto the right down the path, levitate to the winch, use winch to make smaller bridge come down, go further into the cave near the winch talk to the guy mining there.

When done turn to your right (not left) and go down into a swampy cavern, talk to the guy at the end about the patrol and the map, next to him is a way up, go this way, save Dork again!, and follow the dead lizard hunters down the path of the mountain and head to the hunter camp with the tame wolf, kill hunters get map from body.

Head all the way back to the inquisitor, show him the map, and follow the next set of quests.
