I've been told to press a hidden button behind a picture in the brothel washroom, so I can talk to some guy in a secret room, but I can't seem to do anything with either of the two pictures in there. Anyone have any ideas?

It's the picture closer to the doorway you came in. Just keep clicking, it won't bring up any text saying there's a switch, but it'll open when in the right spot.
