I'm up against Abomination.But,nothing seems to work.Nothing,e.g.Thunderclaps,Fury punches,etc.Even the One Hit Kills in the trainer seem futile.Plz,help me out....!!...at least help me shed 'some' blood f his!!

All i did (without trainer) just blocking the hits that can be blocked then punched him a lot with power paunches.

It's easy. You just have to supercharge your hits. You can do it by doing combo hits between left and right clicks or just right clicks. To supercharge a normal hit you have to hold down the mouse wheel when making a specific hit. For instance left click + right click = Hulk doing a small shockwave or left click + left click + right click = Hulk doing a ground slam. You have to hold down the right mouse button whenever you are doing the combo to supercharge it. You'll be able to hold it down to a certain point where the Hulk's attack will be at his max and you'll hit him with a supercharged hit. The same goes for right clicks only. I also advise taking a car and turning it into a pair of gloves and smashing Abomination with them for more damage. Just remember to supercharge the hits. Everything that ends with a right click and is supercharged will hurt him. When you're up on the building with him later you can proceed to hit him with the hammers left on the ground. Being a heavy weapon you can maul Abomination with holding just left clicks, just right clicks or making combos (Start with left clicks and end it with one right click, left + left + right or left + right) and holding the right click. Remember supercharged hits.
