Hey there. I just DL'ed Mass Effect from Steam, and I'm loving it. Only prob is, I suck at driving the MAKO, always manage to get killed. So, I DL'ed the v1.02 trainer first, but, when I get to the main menu and press F1, I get nothing. No "ACTIVATED", just silence. I tried the other Steam version, same problem. Can anyone offer any help? I've used Cheat Happens trainers before, never had any problems.

If you're running vista, you HAVE to run both game AND the trainer as administrator. Also make sure that your anti-virus isn't blocking the trainer in some way, either by blocking the internet activation or by blocking the trainer itself.
Also, you should try and provide cheathappens staff with a savegame with the MAKO and with enemies, preferably one without any DLC installed and on a planet with plentiful enemies that don't normally 1-hit you (So no thresher maws), such as geth troopers, rocket troopers, etc. so they can troubleshoot the bug where currently the infinite MAKO health doesn't work.
I'm not sure if that bug extends to the STEAM version, but try it out just in case. And just to be clear, the Infinite Mako Health and Infinite Shepard health are the same key, and activated/deactivated simultaneously.
I'll try to get my own save up soon, so good luck.
Yo.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. Should've known, with Vista, nothing's just install-and-play.
