I just updated my Antivirus and the new feature SONAR Protection which removes the trainer from the computer as soon as I open the trainer. SONAR protection tracks the behavior of applications and then removes it as a threat. Maybe because of that authentication, I wonder if using an offline trainer will not alert the SONAR?

No, the offline key will set off the same warning. Turn down SONAR or add an exception.
