If you experiecing crashing at a certain part of the game, try lowering the resolution and every possible setting in the game...then go to the next checkpoint, and reload with your original graphics settings.

only crashing i had was on the scarecrow and that wasnt a crash the game just didnt load from check point do to the trainer was on, turned off and got past scarecrow on both occasions. Do not know if thats what is happening for the other though.
