Looking for this myself but 6.6.1 is Supreme Ruler 2020 GOLD edition as far as I am aware. Not sure that version exists for the Global Crisis expansion but I might be wrong.

Yeah Supreme Ruler 2020 Gold is the 6.6.1 version. The current Supreme Ruler 2020 trainer doesn't work with this version.
