I am also having the issue of the Trainer causing my game to crash immediately or a couple minutes after activating the Trainer. I use the Steam version. Here are all the .exe's available in my game folder. When pressing F1 at the main menu and then pressing new game, about 10 seconds into gameplay it freezes. I can confirm that the crash is consistent this way. If you do not use the Trainer it will allow you to continue the game. After the first quick section if you end up hitting F1 in the first camp I also crash when leaving that safe house. Those are just 2 examples.

Are you using the latest STEAM version in DX10 mode?

I'm having the same issue, DX10 latest STEAM version. CTD is always 20 seconds or less from trainer activation. Checked Steam downloads before posting, the game had a small update in the last few days, might have broken the trainer.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
