how can i get the energy armor training.
Plz hellp

From the Brotherhood of steel, speak to Elder lyons about in the citadel and he'll tell you to go to paladin gunny who will train you. And try not to use so many smiles, mmmkay...

o yea where is the guy i seched the whole GNR bulding but i cant find , the other guys say that hes near the lab but i dont know where that is

They are not in GNR building.First you should find your father.then you go to purifier,then unclave attacks the purifier and you run and seek refuge in citadel.you can find lions and gunny there.you should look for gunny during day time training soldiers.
or you could just use cheat codes.
