I got stuck in north corridor in Amadeus cell, i look up, there is a vent but i can't grapple to it. I think it's a bug in the game.

You can't grapple to closed vents until a little later in the game when you acquire the improved shot. This upgrade allows you to hit the grills, pull them off, and then you can move Batman up there with standard 'F' grapple. If that makes any sense. So, look for another way

Nah, i have the same problem, I'm stuck in the north corridor, the vent has no grate and I can't grapple onto the ledge, anyone else having this bug? I can't get out of the mansion because the exit is blocked off, and all of the other ways to the objective are blocked off by those "force fields", so yeah, i'm well and truly stuck.

Hmm, strange. I never had this issue

There are alot of places like that in the game that stop forward progression. If someone could make a trainer that allows the use of noclip or "floating" so we can float up then into the grate that would be awsome. If CH did that I would buy a lifetime membership this very second lol.

Sorry to be a pain but i really need some sort of a solution to this, it's really getting on my nerves.

try this: go to \Eidos\Batman Arkham Asylum\BmGame\Config and open DefaultGame.ini and change DefaultGravityZ= from -1000.0 to 1 or -100 and drop off something and see if you can float up into the vent. Then after it autosaves quit the game and change it back to -1000.0
