you go to a graphics shop for that, just look for the red light on the sides of the street.

hey NFScrazy go to google and type in "need for speed underground 2 pc cheat codes" and then look at someoen of the pages and it shudl say what car you get and when you egt it 💛

There is no special way to get it...play...after a dozen of url races and a couple of suv races you should have it

Paint is FREE. You unlock it by finding your first graphics shop. Its FREE. No charge for paint.
