    Give this a shot. Uninstall your NVIDIA driver, use this to make sure it's completely cleaned off the system. Try the Guru3D Driver Cleaner.

    Then download and install the latest Nvidia driver.

    If this doesnt work for you, i've had the flashing issue on some of my "older" games as well, seems to be a incompatible resolution between gameplay and desktop that i had noticed, made those games run "windowed" and no more flashing
