it's not that huge really, I've played it twice in one week, both with 100% completion.
and like Zaina said, it's worth it to play it again. I'm on my fourth playthrough now and I still love it. Trying out all different kinds of combination with the choices I make, to see how it will all look in the end and in ME2

for the 360 another dlc has been released, don't think it has been released to pc (yet) though

It has been released for the PC. Xbox live you use 400 MS points (at least according to here-Link - don't own an xbox) or pay $5 from EA's store for the download for the PC
