Just wondering if it's possible to be able to freeze all the goods inside your warehouses to 999/max. For some reason, the "/" which says that it freezes resources doesn't do that and now that I have a huge city I find myself pressing "4" every ten seconds to meet the needs of my people.

Is the current trainer supposed to freeze that to? or is it possible to add this onto it?

In early build small storehouses, then later large store houses.

That way you can easly increase max resources

i found anotehr trainer that can freeze resources, what i do is laod that first load game, freeze resources, then alt tab and load up CH trainer for the extra options. Look for the +3 one by Kelsat - Link

Yes they do have such trainer with options if you don't mind for AI to benefit from

are you usre the AI benifit too? i havnt noticed them being able to progress faster. Though that might be because i usually blow the crap outta them pretty quickly
