hey im unable to exit out of paradise city the esc key doesnt work in that menu....
it only works in paradise party

please help

Mate once your try pressing your MAP key and then press F1 or F2 to go to next page and there should be quit so quit it from there.
So you have to access the map to quit the game usually we press escape and quit 'cause of your problem just do this.
