I entered the ice chamber a three headed dog was there.I was able to finish his power more than half but after it it's chains got broken and he started running.I could see the door but i don't know how to evade or kill that monster.

you should kill him then go to the door. for killing him you should destroy his heads. then the demo will appear and you will go.
