I'm running Vista 64bit, have enabled all permissions I can find, and I still get "Cannot create Red

Cannot extract trainer

I'm running Vista 64-bit, have enabled all permissions I can find, and I still get "Cannot create Red Alert 3 Trainer.exe: Access is denied" messages. Any advice?
