If you can't find a trainer for CC Zero Hour try using mods. Many mods have the options that you want\need. For example I am a major US fan and I couldn't find a trainer for instant build and instant ability. So I looked for a mod (PM me for a link its a very good mod.)
One of the pros of using mods is that the enemy doesn't get the added bonus (unless it is playing U.S for this mod). The only bad thing I can think of is you can't turn it on or off at will, only install and uninstall it. Installing is easy, just copy & paste.
Note, I don't believe they work for the campaign only skirmish and challenge. If you want something for the campaign your better off with trainers (if you can find one). Sorry for the long post .

As far as trainers go, the one on this sight for 1.02 (NON TFD) works real well.

Trainers rock. I'm just saying you may not be able to find a trainer or if you want more things try mods. Again trainer rock.
