Hello guys i got a lil problem running the game after my Computer got updatd from windows xp to XP proffesional.


I start the game , make custom char and finish contstructing it and when i click at the end accept it starts loading then i hear a sound followed by black screen and PC restart.

Any idea whats wrong?

I had a similar issue and the way I fixed it was to update all my drivers. After that I had no problems at all. So make sure you are running the latest drivers for your rig. Good luck..

Everything is up-to-date and at canurunit ewbsite my requirements are going off the chart so this game is like taking candy from a baby when running but i dont see from what drivers it can be all are updated

Check your video card drivers and monitor your system. This game will cause your video card(s) to run HOT.

Its not form them i already checked and as i sayed its very easy game to run compared to my PC its like a mouse againce a cat

Possibly you might be running out of RAM when the game loads. Update your RAM or your graphic card.

If you think RAM is up-to-date, then think again, Mass effect is not the only program that runs, several windows services run and use some part of it too.

you really underestimate me i got 4 GB ram and its stil giving me problems
