type PANZER press + to start side mission
Exit the tank and get urself to safe distance then type BIGBANG and repeat the same procedure agai and again until u get some decent aount of money

To earn easy money without using cheats or anything is simple. Go buy the Sunshine autos and then bet on the $10k race. Now don't go and line up. Cross the rival cars without parking near then and reach the cross roads, and go to the hotel at the right. Grab the bazooka and go back to the cross road, walk a little and then fire, and blow up all the cars. After that, you can easily go through the routes to complete the race alone and win $40k without any cheats.
