Regarding the Cheats & Hints.

god - God mode
demigod - Double health and can survive one grenade explosion
give al - All weapons l
sf_use_ignoreammo 1 - Infinite amunition
noclip - No clipping mode
ufo - Flight mode
jumptonode - Teleport to a node
notarget - Disable AI
mapname - List maps
map [map name] - Change maps
devmap [map name] - Change maps with cheat mode enabled
sf_use_bw 1 - Black and white movie mode
sf_use_invert 1 - Photo negative mode
sf_use_chaplin 1 - Silent movie mode
kill - Commit suicide

to use these cheats the maps must be in dev mode, using the devmap command.

sf_use_clustergrenade - Will spawn a cluster of grenades after you have thrown one (only works on the Marine maps)

why does the game say
"cheats are not allowed on this server" ??
am playing solo and its version 1.5 ?

ohh the 1.5 trainer screws up a part of a mission so cheats it is, if i can get them to work.

it says that because you need to use the devmap code to load the level and then use the cheats
