Saint´s Row 2 Message Board  

Hey guys saint's row 3 is comming out so i wondered if anyone has ideas of what it might look like?

I think that if they used the GTA4 engine and kept or improved what they had in saint's row 2, it would be awesome.

I kinda didnt like the havok engine very much.

thoughts?

I loved 2, the only thing they need to do is for 3 is to make more missions because its not fun if you can beat it in a day or two,(for me anyways)! And maybe amp up the graphics!

The FPS problem in SR2 (For PC) made the game suck. So I expect proper performance in SR3.

Also a better story, and reasonable missions.

For Saints Row 3.. i think they would do good using the same engine as GTA4 or Tekken 6. This would just be so the graphic would look a bit more crisp and more smart: plus it would be a bit of an upgrade from the graphic of Saints Row 2.

For the game: i agree with the general view. the game needs a much larger plotline, so that there is more missions to play.
Saints Row 2 is a great game, but when you can complete it so quickly..... you do worry a bit.

For in game, there should be more in depth customising.
When i was playing FIFA 10 ON MY Ps3....and the level of detail for customising the face: that is what we need for Saints Row 3.
Also, let us be able to change the height,weight and customise the girth of body sections on the character. It would give a new level to the character.

For the customising of cars..etc. I would love to be able to customise everything. When playing Need for Speed Shift: the level of detail and customising would be awesome for Saints Row. Your custom Zenith car or custom Sabretooth bike would never look the same again.

For the music. I enjoyed the concept of the music store: but i would also like to be able to add my own music. If you have music tracks stored in your Ps3, then it would be great to have the option of adding them to your own Playlist for the game. People could then drive to whatever music the enjoy or have in there sound system.

Finally...some little silly ideas. Might just be me being a little silly but i think these would also be a good add.
Let us customise tattoos to use on the character.
Let us customise the cribs with more detail: i.e paint colour
Let us be able to clean clothes ( hate being slagged in the game for having the same gear for more than one day )
Let us be able to customise the aircraft.....not possible just now in Saint Row 2

Anyway. I look foward to seeing Saints Row 3...and hope that there will be some changes and upgrading.

p.s. Hope that some of these ideas may give others some food for thought, with reagards to what THEY want to see in game.

I think/hope that SR3 will be better than SR2. I liked SR2 but im hoping that with the technology we have now that it should look and play alot better than SR2

i think it should be powered by geo-mod 2.5 and every structure should be completely destructable like in red faction guerilla!

is geo-mod what RF:G used?

ya of course it is it used 2.0 armageddon will use 2.5 just think about it everything destructable!!
