I managed to get into the test world glitch in Oblivion through the Wizard's Tower, but I cannot find the way out. Online sources say that you can get out by fast-travel, but every time I try it, the game freezes.
Can anyone help?

If you're in the testing hall (the only test world that comes to mind) go to Hawkhaven. It's a door in the central block. Fast travel from there, the game treats it like a normal city.
