Works fine with Skidrow nocd , tested only in carrer mode , PWizard you're a genius

Would it be possible to make the trainer just give our own riders unlimited stamina and not everyone in the 3d race?

Yeah , and would it be possible to make the trainer give a lot of money and add lot of money to the salary budget in career mode please?

Just do a simple float search for the money and you're golden. No need for an advanced trainer.
