Stamina option is already there in the trainer. For money option you can try hacking it with Memory scanners like CoSMOS untill they update the trainer.

yeah i know the stamina option is there but its only for the track races , i couldnt make it work with the career mode,

bout the money option what program should i use ? do you have a link ?

This is the official link for downloading CoSMOS. For learning how to use, just go through the CE tutorial coming in CoSMOS.

Regarding career stamina option:
/show_board2.asp?headID=85805&titleID=15308&onPage=4>Link

Regarding the money, this most likely won't get added to the trainer. Cash in this game is handled in a very peculiar way, and is tricky to do anything with.
