I reached the second bottle of lot 192 but I can't pick it up because a message pops up telling me that I cannot hold more than 1 item of it (the first one found in Valentine's apartment ). I'm stuck because I can't progress in the game. Can anyone help me?

If you had the 'infinite items and ammo' type of cheat you'd get with any of the trainers the game thinks you already have it, so u cant pick it up.
I remember having to start over from before u get the lot 192 and disabling the infinite items and ammo tweak....

it will be shortly after your encounter with "someone" at the end of haephestus i believe you have to manually pick up the first lot 192 tho so just watch out for it and disable cheats accordingly sucks if you have no backup savegame though as there is no way around this trainer block. well short of hacking into your savegame and manually deleting the item.

Remember that you have to turn it off before you pick up the FIRST Lot 192, otherwise it won't work.

I made that mistake the first time around.
