There is an add on i use called Auctioneer that lets me scan the AH items that arefor sale and gives me the best deal for my money.

Eacg scan takes anywhere from 8-15 minutes depending on the amount of items in the AH.

The catch with using the Auctioneer is that you will need to scan several times before you have enough information on any specific item you wnt to buy.

Here is an example... if scan the AH 2 or 3 times and ou look up say light leather, lets say the add on says it was scanned 180 time because there happened to be 180 separate auctions for light leather regardless of the amount per stack.

With a item only having been scanned 180 times from 2 or 3 scanns the add on does not have sufficient information of the item to make an acurate value of any item. Buying an item and reselling it with this lack of data will result in wasting your gold.

Now lets say you have been scanning the AH for almost a week and you search for light leather. Now the add on will say it has scanned light leather(again regardless of stack size) and it says it has ben scanned over 2000 times.....this is a much better number to relate to because you have enough informaion o the item to make a good decision.

The trick is to buy low and sell high. after an item has bee scanned at least 1000 times the add onwill tell you if the butout price is a good buy with a percentage next to the price listing. If that ercentage is below 50 percent then it is a good idea to buy it. If this is common for a particular item then buy as many as you can afford and sell them later when al sell prices are well above 100% and on certain item you will make a killing.

One example for me was i saw 3 stacks of 20 shadowgems(shadowgems in my AH i at the time i had scanned at least 2000 times) (average value may change from week to week depending on demand for a particular item)selling for less than 20% average value and all were 20 stacks. They were selling for 20 silver a stack which was 20% of their average value. I bought 10 stacks and later in the week when prices were well above 150% i priced all of them at average value of 18g(which was the current 100% value at the time i ut them in the AH)and they all sold in a day. I was so happy!!!!Enjoy the info
