In case you haven't noticed...The 1.10 is an UNL. EXCLUSIVE.
Unless you upgrade to UNL. or buy the trainer, you won't get it.

to down patch a game goggle a lower patch and download it

Or instead of redownloading files when you already have ALL the patch in your file directory! just remove the the newer patches til you on patch you want to play then put them back in when you want to play online ect.

in order to downgrade version go to game directory example: c:/games/Command & conquer/Red Alert Series/RA 3 (thats In My computer) Find File with .skulldef extension and in his name is 1.0 1.1 1.2 .... example i want 1.2 patch then i delete 1.3 - 1.10 version .skulldef files because he contains file names of patches and they are changing ra3.dat file and if you delete it game starts downgraded dat file (if you open retailExe folder you see that game has all versions of last patch 1.0 1.1 1.2..... in skulldef files are wrote witch version dat file to start)
Warring !!!!!!!!!delete all .skulldef files higher than your wanted version because if you delete 1.10 version skulldef file game will look ant 1.09
