Heart of Gold worked.
Ghost Ship it's the correct code for Geisterschiff in the english version. Yup, it's divided in two words and you have to put it like I've mentioned it. Now, i have to find the equivalent for Nerd
Red Five as a a name for your ship.
Play on 11/11 at 11:11 AM
Take 1000 peasant houses in a game
Play a continuous game for 24 hours
Take more than 500 screenshots
Spend 1 hour in Post Card view
Play 2 hours in close camera perspective
Play 10 hours in medium camera perspective
Play 20 hours in distant camera perspective
Pause the world 250 times
Accelerate the game for one hour
Another three achievement will be triggered by doing the mentioned ones, so i won't bother to post them.
So here they are, along with what Sirius5 already posted, the hidden achievements.
Prima Guide gives for Geisterschiff the Phantom translation. It won't work on the UK version. You need to put Ghost Ship and you will get the achievement.

yep
some items are easy to get, other items are very hart to get.

some errors are inside prima guide (maybe about the different language versions (UK, US, German .....).

some achievements are so stupid like

500 screenshots
pause 250 times
and so on .....

Well, for people too lazy to search, those two posts should be enough to get their hidden achievements. But, yeah some of those are vastly stupid. A continuos game for 24 hours? And nowhere to be explained if that's cumulated gameplay or you should do it in one go. If it's the later, the devs are insane.

no, you dont need a continuos game for 24 hours .
you can save and play later. the hole time for this award must be 24 hours (i got it today with one scenario).
i played this one more than 24 hours to finish it .

i also got the award for destroying 2500 ships

i put my warships in front of my enemy....and boommmmm every ship he build, i destroy it

I started trying to modify the profile file and got nowhere.
C:\Documents and Settings\[user name]\Application Data\Ubisoft\Anno1404\Profiles

You can easily tell how to add in lines to the file by comparing the file before and after making a single change like:

BEFORE: forum will not display < or > or / so spaces are substituted
PortraitActivations PortraitActivations
ColorActivations ColorActivations

AFTER:
PortraitActivations PortraitActivations
ColorActivations k 8 k
ColorActivations

That was simply "buying" a color (the first one) in the bonus section.

I have tried adding additional colors but the game reverts back to the old, previously unmodified profile version. It's just a matter of finding out where/what it is comparing the profile to. Anyone have any ideas?
It should be quite simple to modify the profile once we figure that out.

I searched too but found nothing.

Someone posted a way to unlock pre-order content on his site:

This unlocks the Silver Ship and the Preorder Emblem. A very small file and simple instructions needed, and all at the site. For other languages, read further down the page at the comments/replies posts.

I can confirm that this works on the North American retail version. Just follow all directions as they are laid out on the site.

Right after naming my flagship "The Silver Ship" an achievement announcement occurred, titled "The Silver Ship" had 0 gems.

After doing that saved the game quit to main menu and changed the setting for the start ship and the pre-order emblem was listed.
